A sheet of paper. A pen.
Once it is drawn, it leaves the page
and enters a world the whole class shares.

The world is whatever the teacher decides it is: the deep sea, the night sky, a forest, the school playground — or a photograph of the school itself.

Turning children's work into an installation takes no venue and no engineering team. It takes a computer connected to a projector, a stack of paper, and the students' own phones. A school owns the installation outright — run it once a term, or leave it running in the hall all year.

From paper to light, with one photograph in between

No scanner. No dedicated hardware. Nothing to install. A student photographs the drawing on their own phone, the white paper falls away on the device, and what is left enters the scene.

Draw

Plain paper, crayons, ballpoint, watercolour — anything works. The teacher hands out paper exactly as in any art lesson.

Photograph

Scan the QR code in the corner of the projection and photograph the drawing. Background removal happens on the student's phone; the image never passes through a third-party service.

Move

About ten seconds later it appears on the big screen, moving alongside the rest of the class. Teachers can require approval before anything goes live.

The scene is set by the teacher

There is exactly one default scene. Everything else comes from a single background image the teacher uploads — outer space, a forest, the school playground, a museum hall, even a backdrop the students painted themselves. Six particle effects can be layered and dialled in: rain, snow, leaves, bubbles, dust and fireflies.

These four are only examples — the background can be any image at all. One installation serves every subject: a literature lesson staging Journey to the West, a science lesson building an ecosystem, a music lesson staging a concert. Nothing further to buy.

Four panels, one movement

On a sheet divided into quarters, a student draws the same character at four moments. The system cuts the panels, removes each background and loops them — often the first time a child sees their own drawing move.

Nothing is cleared automatically. Last term's class is still there, ready to be brought back next year — one room can hold a whole cohort's work.

Operated by the teacher, not by a technician

Every control sits with the teacher, and all of it works from their own phone — no walking back to the desk, and no admin interface ever appearing on the projection.

ModerationApproval queue

With approval on, uploads queue until the teacher lets them through. Nothing unsuitable reaches the wall; when time is short, release everything at once.

RemotePhone as control desk

The teacher's phone becomes the control desk: open and close the room, approve work, change the scene and its particles, resize characters, adjust playback speed. The big screen follows instantly.

Names and voiceSpeech bubbles

Students can name their character and give it a line to say. The line surfaces when two characters meet, or when one is tapped. Names can stay on permanently, or be switched off entirely for anonymous critique.

Standing roomsTwelve per teacher

Each teacher keeps up to twelve rooms — one per class, one per topic, as you prefer. Rooms are independent, and the last scene is always waiting where you left it.

After classViewing link

The teacher shares a viewing link; students sign in from home with their school account and find the same world still moving, still responding. It works just as well for parents' evenings and end-of-term shows.

The whole class ends up at the screen, pointing: that one is mine.

Owned by the school, not by one teacher

Accounts are issued by a school administrator. Work survives staff changes, handovers and cross-subject collaboration. Drawings live in the school's own cloud space and are never used to train any model.

Three tiersSchool / Teacher / Room

The school owns the rooms; teachers belong to the school. Colleagues see every room in the school and can pick up each other's work. Schools are fully isolated — another school cannot even discover your room codes.

Enforced server-sideSecurity rules

Every read and write is enforced by server-side rules; editing the front-end code gets you nowhere. Sixty-odd automated tests must pass before any rule change is deployed.

Viewing domainSet per school

Each school decides which email domain may open the viewing page. Students uploading anonymously can write only — they cannot read anyone else's work.

Offline fallbackSingle file

A single-file build is also available: one HTML file, opened with a double click, no network and no login. Useful for a first trial, or as a fallback when the network fails.
